I decided very last minute (as in a couple of hours before) to go ahead with the "mini" party. I threw the decorations together, put her little gifts in bags and sent Al to the store. And I'm so glad I did because there wasn't another party. The girls had a good time. I attempted a 1 year photo shoot but it didn't come out quite like I thought. The outtakes were cuter! So those are the ones I chose. I'll post separate. They swam in their new little clam of a pool. Maddie loved it...But she just loves to swim! We blew bubbles and she thought that was hilarious. <3 My little buggy <3 We opened presents. I'm happy to say that she loved her new things! She was real cool with her new sunglasses. She kissed her new stuffed animal "Gumdrop" and she was hauling ass in her new pink shoes! But her favorite gift? Her new books. =D (She even had one of them with her when she came over that next week. I was proud.) We ate chili dogs and ice cream. Then we took pics with the sunflowers. The girls hadn't seen them since Cedes was still the tallest so they were pleasantly surprised when they saw how they'd grown. It was a good time. Now I'm working on putting her pictures in her own album....
