Glassware vs. Plasticware: What’s Best for Your Experiment?
Hey folks, I’ve been running some PCR reactions at home (long story), and I’m trying to figure out if I should stick with glass vials or just go full plastic. I know glass is reusable, which feels more sustainable, but I’ve also shattered more than I’d like to admit while cleaning them. ?? Plus, with a toddler occasionally wandering into my "lab corner," I’m not sure if I should take the risk anymore. Any thoughts?
