Between music, acting and living up to her regal stage name, Queen Latifah has a lot on her plate. But that hasn't stopped her from taking an active role as an auntie-to-be!

E! correspondent Marc Malkin reports the Queen Latifah is planning on hosting a baby shower for "Precious" actress Paula Patton, who is expecting a baby boy with crooner husband Robin Thicke.

"It's going to be pretty intimate," Latifah told Malkin. "Not too crazy. Just close family and friends." The two actresses are set to star in an upcoming film called "Just Wright."

While everyone knows her as Queen Latifah, her new nephew will have his own special name for her. Her nephew will call her by her given name:  "Auntie Dana."

So what does a queen give to a mommy-to-be? "I have some work to do, but I'm not getting her clothes," she said. "I have a special gift that I'm excited about."

No matter what, we're sure it will be royally awesome!
