    What It Is

The Jurassic World: Fallen Kingdom Super Colossal Tyrannosaurus Rex is the biggest T-Rex dinosaur figure in the new toy line from Mattel, at roughly three feet long in size. [Editor's Note: To compare, the Jurassic World: Fallen Kingdom Thrash N Throw T-Rex is about half its size and looks like a baby Tyrannosaurus Rex next to it.] Based on the real leading lady of the Jurassic World movies, this Tyrannosaurus Rex features great detailing to bring this dino to life- from its articulated arms, legs, tail, and jaw to its weathered appearance that shows off its battle scars a bit.

The real fun of this toy though (aside from the size of it) is pairing it up with smaller dino action figures from the line. This dinosaur queen can swallow up to 26 of the Jurassic World mini figures whole (See What to Be Aware of).

Simply open up the massive jaws of this T-Rex and pretend to make it swallow up its prey. The T-Rex features a secret trap door on its under belly. Open it up to easily retrieve all the figures, without having to stick your own hands too close to the jaws of this Jurassic World Tyrannosaurus Rex.

    Is It Fun?

The size of this dinosaur action figure packs an awe factor for dinosaur fans (at any age!). The larger than life feel of this dinosaur adds to the fun of recreating Jurassic World, and Jurassic Park, movie moments at home as well as inspiring lots of new dino-fueled imaginative play. Plus, if you've got a bunch of dinosaur mini figures around, it's fun to toss them all inside (parents: it's a bonus storage solution!)

    Who It’s For

The Jurassic World: Fallen Kingdom Super Colossal Tyrannosaurus Rex is for ages 4 and up from Mattel. This toy will appeal to dinosaur fans and collectors. The details and scale make it display-worthy for Jurassic Park/Jurassic World collectors, while this T-Rex's massive jaw and ability to gobble up kids' other mini figures makes it a great option for fantasy and pretend play.

    What To Be Aware Of

In this video review, we used the slightly larger dinosaur figures so we couldn't fit the 26 total mini figures inside like the instructions stated. For that you'll need the 3.75-inch mini dinosaur figures. Even still though, we fit a total of five larger figures in there plus an Owen figure.
  • Jurassic World toys are a big hit this year, and when it comes to big, nothing is bigger than the Jurassic World: Fallen Kingdom Super Colossal Tyrannosaurus Rex! It's 3 feet wide, from tip of the tail to edge of its jaw!
