In the upcoming March issue of Redbook Magazine, cover story and The Office star Jenna Fischer explains how 'QualAuntie' time with her baby niece Cecelia (aka CeCe) made her want her own kids "more than ever."

People.com got a sneak peek of the issue on newsstands February 15th and shares how Jenna got 'babies on the brain:' "When Cecelia was 3 weeks old, [Jenna's The Office character] Pam was on maternity leave, so I had a whole week off to spend with her," she says. "I took charge of the night feedings. It was so awesome: Every night at 9:30, I'd say, 'You guys go to sleep now.' I wanted CeCe all to myself. We really bonded."

Does her little niece's name CeCe sound familiar? It's what The Office couple Pam and Jim named their baby girl born the same time as Jenna's niece. In fact, Jenna became a mom on her show on the same day she became a Savvy Auntie to her sister's daughter Cecelia. “Literally the day we shot Pam’s going to the hospital, my sister was going to the hospital, and the same day we shot me coming home from the hospital, my sister came home from the hospital. It was crazy! And so my dad had one daughter going through it for real and another faking it.”

To honor her niece, Jenna convinced the writers of The Office to let Pam and Jim name their newborn "CeCe."
