Send a Care Package

It's hard living away from your nieces and nephews. Thinking of new and special ways you can say hello or send your love to them?

Send a care package! Personalize everything - from handwriting their name and address, to writing a letter or sending a card with it, to putting pictures of you with your nieces and nephews in or even on the box.

Some things you might want to include in the package are:

Stuffed animals
Photo albums or picture frames
Their favorite candy
Homemade cookies
Books
DVDs
Games

Have fun with this! Your nieces and nephews will definitely appreciate it!

    What little kid doesn't love homemade cookies?? The only catch is keeping them fresh on the way (tricky for me with cross-border travel): A piece of fresh bread in with the baked goods does the trick. Also, next Valentine's Day, I plan to send my niece a booklet with recipes for the goodies I send - that way she can try making them herself! (Or her mom - heheh)

    Amen to that!! My nieces love the care packages I send. For Valentine's Day, I usually wrap everything in red or pink tissue. Plus I include all that heart confetti...which makes a mess my sister hates, but the girls love it! So fun to be an auntie. :-)
