Help please
I watch my nephew about 5 hours Monday through Friday a 
nd we have fun. We play and learn the only problem I have is when I want to take him outside he always runs away. He's almost got hit. Thankfully I caught him but I'm not sure what to do he's only 2and a half so I know he can't fully comprehend but I know I have to do something. I've tired taking toys away, time out and even not going out for a day or two to enforce but nothing works. Any advice will help thank you.
