My niece wont talk to me

Hii, I'm an aunt of 2 kids. My first niece is 7 and shes living in Perú and my baby nephew is 6months and lives in Spain. I used to have a very close relationship with my niece, she lived pretty close and I would take her to school somedays(like 1 or 2 times a week) and picked her up, have Lunch and take her to ballet but saturdays were my days with her, my sister would leave her in my house and we would watch movies, play, sing, etc. That was until they moved out of the country in february, now my sister pretty much has to force her to talk to me, when she was here we talked about how we would comunicate, I taught her how to use Skype and that I would always help her with her homework, but that all changed. Has anyone gone throught the same thing? It hurts like hell. I try my Best to not suffocate her and I try to call her only when I find something that I think she would find funny, but even then she finds a way to give the phone back to my sister. What can I do?, I was supposed to travel on December to see her, but should I go? Thank you in advance ??
