Auntie’s Pumpkin Oat Bars
These scrumptious bars are a great treat to make with kids, or to have on hand when your nieces and nephews visit. They are loaded with antioxidants and super-foods, making you look like a Super Savvy Auntie! Be sure to pack them with you the next time you have a picnic in the park with the kids!
Ingredients
1 cup oat flour
3 tsps. pumpkin spice
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
2 eggs
8 tbsps. coconut sugar
1 cup canned pumpkin
5 tbsps. milk of choice
4 tbsps. coconut oil
1 tsp. pure vanilla extract
1 tsp. flax seeds
Directions
1. Preheat oven to 350 F.
2. Combine dry ingredients, and then add in wet.
3. Spread into a greased 8×8 baking pan for 30 minutes.
