I have been singing this song to my nephew every morning we are together for 10 years!!! As soon as he wakes up. No matter where we are or what is going on! And on his last visit, I must have waited too long, because he sang it to ME!!!!!! So cute!

The second verse goes like this: The other night dear as I lay sleeping I dreamt I held you in my arms When I awoke dear I was mistaken So I hung My head and cried (Its kind of a sad song), but still a great one to put the little ones to sleep!
