Aunt Jeanie's Decadent and Healthy Passover Cookies
By Dawn Lehrman
If you want to create a memorable Seder and special memories this Passover with your nieces and nephews, get them involved the preparation. Whether they help cook, shop, or polish the silverware for the table, it will create a lasting impact.
I made these cookies with my Aunt Jeanie when I was a little girl, and I continue to make them with my nephew and children during the holidays, as well as anytime we are looking for protein rich, decadent cookies.

1 egg
1 tbsp. vanilla
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. baking soda

3. Add chips and mix.
