She's the CelebAuntie who can do it all. At around 2:00 PM on September 12, Katy Perry helped deliver her older sister, Angela Hudson's, second child. And then, no biggie, was at the recording studio by 8:00 PM. As the pop-star Auntie Tweeted: "GET A GIRL THAT CAN DO BOTH!"

Now this would be a surprise to most of us, if we didn't know that Katy has already been an "assistant doula" as she referred to herself after helping to deliver her niece in her sister's living room in February, 2014.

Finally you can add "helps delivers babies in living rooms" to my resume! It's been a miracle of a day...?? Auntie Katy aka Stylist Auntie ??

While it's been reported that Auntie Katy helped deliver her the baby in a hospital this time, it was no less a CelebAuntie-who-can-do-it-all kind of day. She was expected at the studio to record her new album, as we understand it:

We're not concerned that the new baby will get all of Auntie Katie's attention. She shares her precious relationship with her niece on Instagram, often.

Why do we have a feeling Auntie Katy's niece's new car is a gift from her aunt? After, when her niece was just a little baby, Auntie Katy posted this pic of her FashioNIeceta!

Katy Perry first became an aunt in 2012, when her little cousin, whom she refers to as a niece, was born. She told EXTRA:

What’s really exciting for me, personally, is that my cousin is having a baby, and she’s having a little girl—and it’s like three days before Thanksgiving. So, we will have a small, tiny, little creature—probably the size of a turkey or a little smaller. That would be a great picture—great Instagram. Put her on a little turkey dish.
 
So, we will be welcoming her, and she’s like the first child to be born in our family in 20-something years. So, it’s like a big deal.

Whether Auntie Katy now has another niece, or a nephew, we look forward to seeing her Instagram pics and Tweets sharing her Savvy Aunthood. In the meantime, we say CongrAuntulations, Auntie Katy Perry!

And PS, we can't wait for your next album!
