A recent report from Mediamark Research and Intelligence, found that 20 percent of children age 6-11 own cell phones with Internet capabilities. The Kaiser study found that children in grades 7-12 spend an average 1.5 hours a day sending or receiving texts.
Being a Savvy Auntie, you are probably already communicating with your niece or nephew via text. As you know, a “good luck” text the morning before a big game or exam can make a big difference in your niece's or nephew's day.
Recently, we came across Zlango Icon Messaging, a mobile application that turns plain texting into fabulous greetings that jump right off the screen, and bring your mobile texting to life, with more expression and vivid icons.
Zlango works to bring more symbols for every special event, holiday and every day experience, so whether you want to share that big Super Bowl moment with your nieces and nephews from a distance, or send them your love this Valentine’s Day, Zlango might be a fun way to express yourself.
Savvy Auntie is always looking for ways to keep offering you more ways to keep that that 'cool aunt' status you so deserve.
