BFF Under 30 got a hard cast on her ankle. "The Boss" isn't as bad as I thought she'd be with her older sister. If anything she's trying to help her out. Only thing is,she walks in BACK of her instead of in FRONT. when they're going up the stairs. So far BFF Under 30 hasn't fallen backwards *knock wood*
Another surprise: "Little Toughie" (my 2 yr. old nephew) is reacting better with his new baby sister than I thought he would. So far I haven't heard any casualties of "Baby Girl" being smacked in a fit of jealousy. So this makes me a happy aunt. Could my younger brother be taking my advice on having the little guy help out with minor tasks? Stranger things have happened!
Right now my mom & her boyfriend are on Week 2 1/2 of their month long cruise. .They're having SO much fun! Am I jealous? OK...yes,I am. ESPECIALLY since they went to Hawaii! When my parents were first married,my dad was offered a job in Hawaii. And he turned it down. Boy...did I give him heck for that! But then again, I wouldn't have seen any of my extended family. So I guess everything has a price to pay.
