Yeah, I call them my kids but I know they are not. But I love them more than anything in the world. I never ever thought that these tiny little people would change my life so much, but they have.
K-Bug is my first baby. Well, she is not a baby anymore. She is now 5 years old and so intelligent. Not only is she my NBC she is also my goddaughter. From the time she heard my voice to the first time, she met me. Not even knowing what I looked like she loved me, and I loved her. When her mom would call, I would talk to her even if I couldn't understand her babble. Now we talk about everything from dinosaurs to princesses.
Then came her brother Monster J. or just monster. I wasn't psychically there, but I was on the phone with her as she was giving birth. I got to him cry for the first time. which made me cry like a baby. I have watched him grow over his first year.
Then there is Shell bean- My soon to be husband's niece. she is also ten years old. She is a hoot. She is talented in every way. and loves spending time with me. I remember her face when I asked her to be in my wedding. which is in 96 days. The beautiful smile.
Then there is Optimus Prime.- Yes, it is a weird nickname but he loves transformers. This is Shell Bean's brother who just turned 5. He is a kindergartener with attitude. He can't sit still and loves playing with everything. He is at that age where he is everywhere at once. He tells me "I got this" when I asked him if he was alright about carrying the ring bearer pillow.
I have to say I am one lucky girl, to say at least. I wouldn't trade these four for anything in the world.
